If you attempted to download an installation file which is not available on our website anymore, it is possible that you are trying to use an older version of AVG. We recommend to use the most recent version, which is available in the Download section of our website. You can start using the latest version of AVG for no additional cost.

Installation of new AVG versions does not work for you?
If you are experiencing any issues with the recommended version and need to install an older version of AVG, please contact AVG Customer Services. All supported versions of AVG, including the older ones, still receive the virus database updates and other important actualizations. However, please note that we may mark some of the old versions as obsolete and terminate their support.
