The issue is probably caused by the fact that you are still using the AVG Sales Number, which is valid for 30 days only.

Please activate your current AVG program using the AVG License Number that you obtained after the registration:

  1. Open your AVG program (double-click the AVG icon on your desktop or in your system tray).
  2. In the top menu, click Support
  3. Click Reactivate.
  4. Enter your license number in the License Number field and click Activate.
    Note: Please use the copy&paste method instead of typing the AVG License Number, to avoid any possible mistakes.
