The problem is probably caused by the fact that you are still using the AVG Sales Number, which is valid for 30 days only.

Please activate your current AVG product on your computer using the that you obtained after the registration:

  • Run AVG by clicking on the AVG icon on your desktop or in your system tray bar.
  • From the Help drop-down menu select Reactivate.
  • Enter your license number in the License Number field and click on Activate.
  • Please use the copy and paste method instead of typing the AVG License Number to avoid any possible mistakes.
