To view hidden files and folders please proceed as follows:
- Click this link to download the AVG service utility to your computer (we recommend saving it to your Desktop).
- Double-click the utility to launch it.
- Click Show hidden files or Hide hidden files depending on which action you want to perform.
1. Open the folder options in Windows:
- Open menu Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Folder options.
2. Click on the View tab and enable the option Show hidden files and folders.
