The AVG LinkScanner is valid only through Firefox 9.0.1. Firefox 10.0 was recently released.
The AVG E-mail Scanner is valid only through Thunderbird 9.0.1. Thunderbird 10.0 was recently released.
When these are fixed, PLEASE include SeaMonkey 2.7 --
The browser portion of SeaMonkey 2.7 has the same Gecko and Toolkit core as Firefox 10.0, which provides for network access and Web page rendering. Thus, if LinkScanner works for Firefox, it should also work for SeaMonkey.
The E-mail portion of SeaMonkey 2.7 has the same Mail-news core as Thunderbird 10.0, which provides for downloading and rendering messages and their attachments. Thus, if E-mail Scanner works for Thunderbird, it should also work for SeaMonkey.

File install.rdf in the AVG\Firefox4 folder contains
<!-- Firefox -->
The <em:maxVersion>9.*</em:maxVersion> means "compatible not beyond some version 9.x".
Furthermore, when I updated Thunderbird to 10.0, Thunderbird's Add-ons Manager told me that AVG E-mail Scanner 126.96.36.1997 was disabled because it was not compatible. I was able to overcome that problem by tweaking the install.rdf file in AVG\Thunderbird so that it now has <em:maxVersion>11.0.*</em:maxVersion>, making it compatible through the next version of Thunderbird (expected to be released in 6 weeks).
I realize that it is difficult to keep up with rapid, frequent releases of Mozilla products. However, Mozilla is merely trying to mimic Google's rapid, frequent releases of its Chrome browser.
