John Giamatteo has served as our Chief Operating Officer since 2011. Prior to joining us, Mr. Giamatteo served from 2010 to 2011 as Chief Operating Officer of Solera Networks, a network security company, from 2005 to 2010 as Chief Operating Officer of RealNetworks, an Internet media software company, and from 1988 to 2005 in various positions at Nortel, a global telecommunications company, rising to President – Asia Pacific Region. He holds a BS in accounting and an MBA from St. John’s University.
