You may be asked to provide System Information (MSInfo32) export for troubleshooting purposes. To create the export proceed as follows:

Windows Vista/7: Open Start, and then type: msinfo32
Windows XP: Open Start, click Run, and then type: msinfo32 - Press Enter. A System Information window will appear.
- Click File, and then click Save.

Fill in the file name (e.g. "msinfo"), and click Save.
Tip: Save the file to Desktop so that it is easy to access.
