The AVG Rescue CD is a bootable device that allows the user to access operating system settings and all computer data.
To use the CD, these requirements must be met:
- PC is able to boot from CD/DVD or USB device
- PC has minimum of 512 MB RAM
- Used file system is either FAT32 or NTFS.
Following operating systems are supported:
- Any new MS Windows system running on FAT32
- MS Windows 2000 running on NTFS
- MS Windows XP running on NTFS
- MS Windows Vista running on NTFS
- MS Windows 7 running on NTFS
