<description>I was not receiving any data from my children's iphones and I decided to check both of their phones to my surprise the login information for the family safety browser was empty.  I had entered my login information previously. This happened before, but I thought it had been an oversight on my part. Why is this happening?    Now that I re-entered the login information, I am receiving the information.</description>
