Since I updated a couple days ago I keep getting an infection detected on file: i:\system volume information\_restore{---stuff---}\RP477\A0049313.exe Infection: May be infected by unknown virus Win32/DH{LgBNQ} This happens multiple times. I remove all unheeled and they pop up again later. Disk I: is a Passport removable disk. If it's unknown, why is it flagged as a virus? There is no information at all about Win32/DH{LgBNQ} nor A0049313.exe. Can someone shed some light on this? ...

Hi, Gary, Thanks again! I have nothing against GMER, but I read in other forums that such rootkit scans could lead to crashes, blue screens, etc. My problem is ONLY redirects at random times. No popups. No other strange behaviors. My system is pretty stable and I don't want to mess with it unnecessarily. I trust and use AVG and Malwarebytes, but I have NEVER used TDSSKiller or GMER or Hitman, etc. I'm afraid, running them could cause more problems. I can currently live with these random redirects ...

Not to mention, recently he did something to your program too, I had to repair it twice in two days since I have had it a couple of years now. For some reason ...
