Please note that the AVG Installation Disc is available for commercial AVG products only.

The AVG Installation Disc includes complete set of AVG programs with all its additional components such as all the documentation files, virus removal programs and utilities, third parties programs and applications, redistribution libraries and other useful data.

In addition, you can use this Disc as a backup copy of your product, for example: If you were to lose the downloaded product for any reason, you could re-activate the full version of the product at any time using the Disc and the license key.

Yes, you can purchase AVG Installation Disc together or as an addition to your AVG software. AVG Installation Disc is useful for installation and backup. If you have already purchased AVG product in an electronic version and would like to have it on a disc, please contact AVG Customer Services for further information.

If you do not want to purchase the AVG Installation Disc, you can easily remove it from your shopping cart.

Click on the bin icon on the Installation Disc line, update your cart and the AVG Installation Disc will be removed from your order.

1. If you purchased AVG Installation Disc through the AVG Online store it is shipped as soon as the payment has been cleared. The standard delivery time for shipment by mail is up to 7 business days. The actual delivery time will vary according to the final destination. If you did not receive your AVG Installation Disc within the above mentioned delivery time, please note that the delay could be caused by an incorrect shipping address or another easily addressed issue. To resolve the issue as soon as possible, please contact AVG Customer Services.
2. If you purchased AVG Installation Disc through Digital River GmbH (Element5), our e-commerce partner, it is produced and mailed within 24 hours after payment is received. Shipment by mail can take 5 to 10 business days within the EU and the USA, and 10 to 25 business days to other countries/regions.

1. If you have purchased AVG Installation Disc through the AVG Online store, please contact AVG Customer Services to have a new disc re-shipped to you. 
2. If you have purchased AVG Installation Disc through Digital River GmbH (Element5), our e-commerce partner, we recommend that you contact Element 5 directly to have a new AVG Installation Disc re-shipped.

The Extended Download is something like a virtual installation CD, i.e. you have a backup of installation files available there if you need re-install your computer instead of putting a physical CD in your driver.

If you purchase the Extended Download service, you can download the electronic product version for up to 12 or 24 month(s) after receipt of your payment (according to the purchased version) by going to My account in the Customer Care Center on Digital River GmbH (element 5) web page.

However we would like to inform you that you can download the AVG installation file from our website at any time within the standard license period. 

NOTE: This service is not an extension of your original product and cannot extend the validity.
