AVG Diagnostics
AVG Diagnostics file (runner.avgdx) can be used for gathering of detailed information about the AVG program. Gathered information can be directly sent to technical support by using this tool.

DelRepWV
Used when AVG program is correctly installed but Windows Vista Security Center reports that there is no anti-virus present.

DelRepXP
Used when AVG program is correctly installed but Windows XP Security Center reports that there is no anti-virus present.

Fix_MSO
If you use Microsoft Outlook program and you experience an error message that registration of AVG plugin failed, the tool provided should rectify the situation.

Mapidbg
Serves to enable debug logging of the AVG plugin for Microsoft Outlook. Created logfile can be then sent for analysis.

NSDbg
Serves to activate debug logging in case that the Online Shield component does not work correctly. After inducing of the issue, created logfile can be sent to AVG Technical Support via the AVG Diagnostics tool (AvgDiag).

RDClient_lite

Avg_without_RS
This tool can be used when there is blue screen of death (BSOD) displayed after the installation of the AVG program. Tool allows user to install AVG without the Resident Shield component.

AvgRemover
If a classic uninstallation of AVG program fails, this tool can remove all AVG related folders, files, registry entries and services from the system. It is available in 32 and 64bit version.

Delete_Ndis

Used in case of problems with AVG update, this tool "flushes" DNS Resolver cache. After the "flush" it is possible that the update will work again.

GetNetcheck
This tool check the state of a network connection and sends the gathered information to AVG Technical support via the AVG Diagnostics tool (AvgDiag).

Avgproci
Used mostly in case of virus infection, this tool gathers information about currently running processes thus uncovering possible suspicious files. Gathered information can be sent for analysis to AVG Technical Support.

AvgRtk_Remover
A script used to disable protection of some rootkits thus enabling AVG to remove dangerous file from the system.

Fix_MonaRonaDona
The MonaRonaDona is a virus which advertises another software, the commercial Unigray Antivirus. To remove this virus it is enough to execute this script.

Admserver_Adminclilog
Serves to activate debug logging for AVG Admin Server and AVG Admin Client components when there are some issues with connecting of AVG station into AVG Remote Administration.

GenCTF8
GenCTF tool can be used to generate new control files (CTF files) for downloaded update .bin files. When you run the genCTF tool over the foder where update .bin files are located, new control files will be created in this folder. Then it is possible to update AVG.
