Where to find service pack version?
- Go to the START menu -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> General tab. (The following screen can be also poped-up by WIN+Break shortcut.)
- Copy down the information from System (as marked by red color on the following picture).
- Go to the START menu -> (Settings) -> Control Panel -> System. (The following screen can be also poped-up by WIN+Break shortcut.)
- Copy down the required information (as marked by red color on the following picture).
