To review your order information, or for questions concerning our ordering, payment, and shipping procedures, visit the Customer Care Center of Element5, our order processing company.
Here click on the My Account button (in the right top corner). In My account you will find an overview of your orders that were processed. You can review details of your order and you can also reprint your invoice.
To receive the login data for your account, please click on Did you forget or never create your login data? and enter your e-mail address. Your login data will be located in Element 5 database and sent to you immediately by e-mail.
